Working with 4 Corners Financial Forensics means you will receive a work product that is tailored to meet your needs, no matter what that looks like for your particular matter. Below we’ve outlined some of the possible work products you may receive, depending on the type of case at hand:

Business Valuations

For both litigation and non-litigation purposes, business valuations will receive a full report with attached exhibits. The written report outlines our process, inputs, results, and documents and information considered. The exhibits include schedules and figures such as summary of opinions, financial statements, ownership percentages, estimation of value using one or more valuation methodologies, market research if applicable, and other financial information necessary to the valuation.

Forensic Accounting

Forensic accounting engagements can vary significantly. Our work product is tailored to the specific case and needs of the client. Our work in these cases may be accompanied by a full report with exhibits, exhibits only, or a letter with exhibits. If we are expected to testify in the matter, a full report and exhibits will be provided.

Calculation of Value

A calculation of value may be provided depending on the purpose of the valuation. For example, a business owner may simply want an estimate of value for a potential gifting situation. This is not a full business valuation and does not go into as much detail. In this case, we may provide a brief letter and abbreviated schedules.
